This
year we decided to change destiny and chose Bali (Everyone agrees it is one of the best places to catch waves.) The ticket came with a very cheap supply of these that come from time to time (about 460 euros round trip with qatar airways, yes 28 hours of flight .. 7-hour stop in Doha (Qatar) and time in Singapore.
Going a little adventure, we have never been and after reading things about Bali and we decided to surf zones keep trying different areas and there is plenty of choice.
decided to start on the Bukit Peninsula in Balangan beach. We found a charming bungalows to stay 3 nights and see if we liked the area.
One of the first things that surprised us was how cheap it is to eat in Bali. A dinner for 2 can go for about 5 or 6 euros. In other ways it seems more expensive as you drove to the airport, 30 min aprox.sale trips by about 200000 rupees (15 euros). More than anything because gasoline is lying (about 40 euro cents). We recommend renting bike but that seemed dangerous because the roads are good and any fall annoys us travel. Depend on how bad a driver and eventually goes so darling, but one thing for another. The bungalow we were given a family is more expensive (39 euros) because they were small. Is a duplex with a double bed and 2 single top down. The truth is that it is precious. Pegas: No air conditioning (and here you are missing because the heat is 45 degrees) and there's only electric light in the porch and bathroom. At night they bring you a few lamps but we look for things that are uncomfortable. Internet but there are other bungalows next to where they have the service time for 10000 rupees (less than 1 euro)
The pool is fine and appreciated because when you fried you take a bath and gets along better.
The second day after a swim in Balangan beach with a scorching heat and a cooling water not because it is almost 30 degrees (come on we got shrimp as the tourists). We decided to go to Jimbaran to eat seafood. It is incredible the number of restaurants in the beach and a bit overwhelming because everyone wants to go in there. The condcutor we went straight to one that was fine. You see live fish in their aquariums, lobster, shrimps, prawns, oysters. You choose what you want, I fish and I do hehe. They bring with rice and vegetables. And fruit in the end. Is cheap! I ate oysters at about 10 euros per kg (100,000 rupees are 10 euros approx. Slightly less) We ate the 2 cool for 40 euros approx with fruit juice are great here.
We finished the 3rd day of stay in Balangan tomorrow at Kuta, Legian few days to see what about the Villa Diana we have rented for 45 euros / day with breakfast.
